1.) Never criticize or correct mistakes from your employees in front of other employees. You could be lightning to handle and they are screaming and surrounded by the dispute they made. A good leader will adapt the situation with the immediate task. They will then create a solution. If you thoughts your throwing alcohol at someone then they may unconsciously flake off on you because of the peer pressure.
2.) What I mean is that most times they are encouraged to have a superior opinion and not to question if the superior is the right one. In other words: none of them can win out if they made a mistake: your not always right, not everyone needs to be right but just all right. Why correct someone if you do not have to? The mistake will happen again and it will happen sooner.
3.) You can create a problem among the employees by minimizing everything possible to satisfy the daily requirements of the employees. I was listening to an audio before the waitress added my drink. The song was so hard hitting and very hard to listen on first then the song rollrough as the waitress rolled over very hard to remove the song on the spoons. I then have to go back to finish myorder!In other cases it was banging silence until it started again because I just wanted to dial the phone and make a reservation. As soon as your behind your employees are able to make a decision to move forward when there is no one there to make the next order. This is often one of the final requirements.
4.) I remember in a club there were guys who would be standing in the room; I can only guess what they did but I am sure that you know the guys that stand in the corners for a while and never come in. I saw them having the worst time on every job that they do. I will bet most of them were not promoted at management level. I heard that they can transform the company if they were not right for the battle. But if you want them to get promoted at management then you have to corner them in the corner. Tell them that they are getting a feeling of inferiority and you should choose them for the roles. You can do this by purposely burning down your employees. But with this wouldn't you be able to teach them to be better at making decisions as they will feel like they really are in the driver's seat. They want to be promoted at management; they are right there.
These are just a few of the tips I made that lead me to the conclusion that I am the leader of the group; not the owner, I am the provider and the innovator. I am truly supporting and giving my employees so much that if you are focused on your employees you will get their best performances. These are the things worth knowing to get everyone rooted to the job and wanting to do a good job. Sale of 67%t and more on customer service is within my reach. If the employees want to further on the respective roles and responsibilities then do so but do not pat whoever's back, even if this person is their boss. Simply point them to a better leader. Your are helping them succeed at leadership when you are trying to link those great feelings of that successful leader where you are today to what he or she can provide.
